Tester programme

How it works

Before launch, we send micron-è garments to a group of testers, who receive them free of charge and wear them in their everyday life. The programme has two shipments:

• from 15 December 2026: 24 Line 17 · Super 120's T-shirts, 8 in the 195 g/m² weight and 16 in the 150 g/m² weight in two different fabrics, 8 per fabric;
• from 30 January 2027: 16 Line 15 garments, 8 jersey T-shirts and 8 piqué polo shirts.

40 garments in all, 8 per fabric, each going to a different tester. The programme closes with the second shipment.

You keep the garment, whatever you write in the questionnaire.

Who can apply

You apply from the waitlist page: leave your email and tick the tester programme box. If you have already signed up, fill in the form again with the same email and tick the box.

• You must be 18 or over.
• We ship the garments to Italy and the other countries of the European Union.
• Some testers are chosen from those who applied through the waitlist; others are invited by us: we look for people who wear T-shirts and polo shirts every day, at work and when travelling.
• The garments come in sizes L and XL, so we can only choose people who wear one of these two sizes. For each fabric we put together a group that varies in wearing habits. Applying does not guarantee being chosen.
• One garment per person and per address. Employees of Best Before S.r.l. and their family members cannot take part.
• If we choose you, we'll email you. In the invitation form you give your size, L or XL, and your address, and you accept the rules on this page: we only ship the garment once we have your form. We will never ask you to pay anything, not even shipping.

What we ask of you

To wear the garment as you would if you had bought it, to wash it following the care label and to answer a guided questionnaire. The questions cover:

• comfort against the skin during the day;
• fit and size;
• odour after several days of wear, airing the garment between wears;
• shape and pilling after washing.

The link to the questionnaire comes with the garment. You have 4 weeks from delivery to answer; a few days before the deadline we send you a reminder. If you don't answer, you still keep the garment, but without a questionnaire we don't publish a review in your name.

At the end you can add a free comment: it becomes the text of your review.

On social media

If you like, you can also talk about your trial on your social media profiles and tag micron-è: we'll list our official accounts here as soon as they are live. It's an invitation, not an obligation: if you don't post anything, nothing changes for the programme.

If you do post, say clearly that micron-è gave you the garment through the tester programme, for example with “#gifted by micron-è” or “garment received free of charge from micron-è”, at the start of the post. We only reshare one of your posts on micron-è's pages if you allow us to.

How comments become reviews

• Every tester review carries the statement “Garment received free of charge through the tester programme”.
• We publish all tester reviews, negative ones included. We don't select them and we don't rewrite them: we only remove unlawful or offensive content and personal data.
• Tester reviews are kept separate from customer reviews, which carry the label “Verified purchase”.
• The free garment does not depend on what you write: we don't ask for positive reviews and give nothing else in return.
• Reviews appear on the product page, signed with the name you choose.

How we collect and verify reviews

A review is only worth something if you know where it comes from. That's why:

• Tester reviews: we publish them only if they come from the questionnaire of a person we shipped the garment to.
• Verified-purchase reviews: these will come once sales open, and only people with an order in their name for that item will be able to leave one.
• We don't buy reviews, we don't write them ourselves and we don't have others write them.
