Some providers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), where the provider participates in it, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. How long we keep it
Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; if you do not open any of our emails for 24 months, we delete your sign-up.

Marketing: until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last visit.

If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.
9. Automated decisions
The interest score is only used to choose which content and messages to send you. It has no legal effect on you and does not affect you in a similarly significant way.

We will update this notice when sales open (orders, payments, shipping) and whenever the way we process data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
